RiverPointe is actually a very nice apartment complex located in a convenient part of North Little Rock/Maumelle..Walmart is right down the street! It's quiet for the most part and reasonably priced with plenty of size options. Parking, of course, is a total NIGHTMARE. If you LIVE there, actually LIVE there, and you get home after 8:30 or 9pm you can forget about finding a parking spot NEAR your building, let alone right in front of your building. You'll end up parking UP FRONT by the office and literally WALKING home! It's ridiculous!

Having noisy neighbors is a risk you take when moving into an apartment complex. If you were concerned about stomping you could have requested a 3rd floor apartment. I bet there are fewer people stomping on their ceilings.

To the person that posted the previous review, the reason there was so much noise from the upstairs neighbors actually JUSTIFIED my complaint about the noise. Once they moved, it was a LOT better. Understood that apartments may be noisy..
