I lived at River Pointe in 2005, which was in the middle of construction and the building that I was in had just been completed when I moved in and so I was the first to live in my apartment. Over all everything was pretty nice, or seemed to be... the construction was a little cheaply done my bathroom door frame was crooked and the apartment hadn't been properly cleaned before I moved in. Parking was ok unless you got home late and then you had to search for a parking spot... several times I had to park in a place that wan't supposed to be a parking spot. Balcony was pretty small, can't fit more than 2 people on it. Occasionally my upstairs neighbors were pretty noisey but nothing too out of the ordinary for apartment life. What I loved was the location and that some of my friends lived there. Management wasn't very good at the time. I think they were going through several changes, I once got a bill for their cable service for $360... but I had never signed up for the service. When I called they were quick to fix it but that was after a threatening letter was left on my door.
