DO NOT MOVER HERE I have lived here 2 years and im getting ready to move. The staff changes every other month. They are not helpful at all. Tracy loves to call people liars so dont ever talk to her. The pool is rarely blue, the grass is brown, trash all over, dont keep up

I just moved into these apartments and I love it! I couldn't ask for a nicer place especially for as low as the rent is. The fitness center is great and I love the free tanning! The hot tub is very nice as well. All the appliances are new, and I love the closet space. It doesn't hurt

Nice Apt. Complex Apartments are nice... brand new appliances, buildings, etc... The only bad art about living here is the management, they are not nice at all, they wont try to help at all.
Other than that, the rent is cheap, and the apartments are relly nice.

FOOTHILLS The main manager is very unproffesional and judgemental, she stereotypes the military personnel. If the place wasnt so nice I would'nt move in but a three bedroom 1346 sq ft to hard to pass up. The owner needs to fire that manager though. So Owner if you read this fire Sandy. But
