If you have to live in an apartment in Paragould, these are the only ones to consider. They're clean, quiet, reasonably priced and well-maintained. Small inside pets are allowed for an additional deposit. The only problem is that the manager is never immediately available and it takes days sometimes for her to return a call. I don't think the word "shiftless" in the description below applies, but management is slow and is very rarely there. There needs to be someone on-site all the time in a complex this size. Other than that, this complex is excellent.
