The rent is a little too high, and I don't like that they restrict some pets, and that you have to pay extra rent in order to have pets. I also don't like that is takes management a very long time to fix things and fix them right. We moved from one apartment to another apartment in the same complex and we had to pay a second deposit and were supposed to get the first deposit back after they did the inspection. Despite my best efforts to clean and do all I needed to insure we get said deposit back we never did they kept telling us they would call and find out why but it has been months and months still no deposite. The pluses though are, they keep it pretty clean out here. There are no assigned parking places so if you have more than one car you still have plenty of parking. Trees, plants, grass, and shrubs are well taken care of. Plenty of outside lighting. All residents have the use of a fitness room, swimming pool in the summer, tennis court, basket ball court and a small playground. All units have dishwashers and washer/dryers. All in all if the rent were lower it would be a great place to live in my opinion.
