It is a good place to live, I lived there for almost 4 years and the management did take a bit too long to fix things and right. The rent is too high and I found out while I was living there that you never get all of the deposit back. You get, no more, than half of the deposit back and I was told you get the pet deposit back fully and I haven't seen a cent of it. Other than that it is quiet, comfortable, there are police patrols (as a security measure, for renters safety) and the neighbors don't really complain if your making a little too much noise.

Hey I know you! I lived by you! You moved out and your wife stayed...guess that's why you didn't get your deposit back...Oh and I "smelled" your apartment regularly...every time you opened the door...so I'm guessing that's why you didn't get that back either!
