Silverwood rent expensive based on the quality of the apartment. Our apartment looked like it was barley cleaned when we moved in. The "new" paint looked like a child painted the walls.

My major complaint is management (manager and assistant),and maintenance. When you report a problem, it takes forever for the problem to be fixed. I notice that management plays favorites with the residents. The manager and assistant manager need to keep residents business confidential.

The pet rental policy is absolutely ridiculous. If I pay a deposit, I should not have to pay an extra $20 per month for rent for my dog.

Sounds like someone was angry about something! guess they were mad that the managers didn't pick them as favorites. I lived there for many years and never had any of the problems this person is talking about. Oh and I wasnt a favorite either, but you don't see me coming on here bashing them! I got my share of warnings and stuff!

they got their wish, this property got new managers in April 2009, and profesional painters in May 2009,the managers and staff are working very hard to address all the issues of this property, That Said SILVERWOOD APTS are a GREAT place to call home.
