The place is falling apart, there are rusty doors, trash everywhere and no one around to bother to care. You cannot ever catch anyone there to do maintenance or show apartments. No one returns your calls. I think it would be great if the "on site management" were really ON SITE.

Need Better Management Silverwood rent expensive based on the quality of the apartment. Our apartment looked like it was barley cleaned when we moved in. The "new" paint looked like a child painted the walls.
My major complaint is management (manager and assistant),and maintenance.
