I have been living here for 4 years and we are so ready to move. Pine Bluff is so limited on where you can move. At first, it was great. We HAD a really good apartment manager at first. We will call her B. Then new people purchased the apartment and it has been like what' What happened' We have had THREE apartment managers since we have been here. They let anybody move in and there is never enough space to park. Noise is sometimes loud. When you have a problem they put pressure on the problem but somehow never manage to fix it. We will be moving in April. If you move in make sure you let the new aparment manager know you do not want anybody in your apartment without warning. Also, the rent has been going up almost monthly. We refuse to sign a lease we are living here month to month. Good luck looking. For two apartment complexes four washers and 3 dryers.
