Jefferson Heights appear to be a nice complex but it is really a waste of money. The parking is horrible! There are two spaces per apartment with one space numbered. There is always a problem with people parking in other people parking spaces. It can be loud at times. It takes maintenance weeks to fix a problem. We had an air conditioner leak in our apartment and the carpet mildewed, they fixed the leak, but it took five weeks for them to come shampoo the carpet. (Maybe six weeks). There are not many choices to stay in Pine Bluff, but these sure aren't it!
