Do not live here - I definitely would NEVER rent from Lindsay Management ever again. The management is absolutley awful there and it is dirty. When I moved in there were dead roaches on the floor. Nice Luxury Living hi, ive been staying in ranch at pinnacle point for about 6 mnths now, its a nice , comfortable place, ive hadnt had any problems as yet, u have a gud gym , pool , grillers , along with comfortable house layout !!

Nice Place I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed living here. I was here for a year before I moved, and the apartments were clean, quiet, in a super ideal location...had lovely grounds...really just loved it here. No complaints.

Its a mistake that I have rented here During my future resident trip, things looked very nice. However, after renting, all our issues started. The manager is one nut.Staff is not responsible. Even a small work takes at least 4 days. I will not suggest anyone to live here.

I Like this place I've lived here for over 2 years. I must say I have not had any problems. When my A/C went out last summer is was replaced within a day. The people in the apartments are all in all good neighbors. There are those that will try to mooch on the management, then they get mad

Horrible I currently live in the Ranch at Pinnacle Point. I have lived here for several months and am not happy about the quality of service or of the apartment at all. The staff are rude and do not even try to make things right. The second day of living here they were at my door due to a problem

High Prices I lived here from Oct.2009-Jan 2011. There is a couple people in the Management department that should not even be there. They are very rude.

Beautifully Furnished 1BR, Everything new and clean The complex is quiet. I barely hear my neighbors and I live on the first floor. There are never noisy cars driving through the parking lot. Elementary school is 5 min away. Shopping is only minutes away. Great golf course that is free.
