I lived there for near a year. The management at that time was horrendous. Children were uncontrolled there, parents let them run rampage, assault other children, out at all times of night. Drugs are also a problem, you can watch drug deals near and around play areas and in parking lots. If anyone complained they found themselves looking at eviction on made up accusations.
If I could give a negative rating I would give a -10.
