SteepleChase is a great place to live. We are kind of secluded and very quiet even though we are on a semi-busy street and have a large manufacturing plant across the road. We have the playground of a local Elementary School adjoining the property that's separated by a chain link fence. Our tenants are very friendly and are always looking out for each other. Our apartments are quite large and very reasonably priced. The management is wonderful and very willing to help with anything that comes up. Our maintenance professional is quick to fix any problem he's needed for. We're a great community to live in! If you are lucky enough to find an opening here, let me say now... Welcome Home!
