If you're looking for a short term place it's not too bad here. The construction seems cheap and I can hear everything through the walls and ceiling, i.e. domestic disputes at A.M. on several occasions and heavy footed neighbors upstairs. The storage space absolutely sucks. The brochures say "walk in closet", but it's nothing of the sort. You can't walk in it! DO NOT get an apartment located center on the first floor! Pay the extra for an side apartment. Everyone walking by can see right into your place, you can hear everyone's loud conversations outside, you have no private patio space like the end apartments, zero privacy, and you're not paying much less than the others. I should have looked at it closer when I arrived, but I was pressed to find a place quick. In fairness the location is close to everything and there are washers & dryers, but you pay a higher price for a golf course.
