They will not prorate the if you move out before the 15th of the month. Meaning they require a full month of rent. Your deposit will not be returned upon moving out. You are not notified when the pest control comes around. There's no notification given when there's a rent increase. There's not enough storage space. It's not safe for small kids to play due to vehicles speeding through the complex.
