We lived here six months because we didn't know any better. When they showed us the apartment, it was the "model" and was kept in pristine condition. However, the day we moved in & they gave us the key to our apartment, we thought they'd made a mistake and given us the wrong one! The apartment was filthy, the shoddy construction had shifted & paint was warped and peeling in every room! Outside, the sidewalks have buckled & when it rains, drainage is poor. You must jump over mud puddles (where many residents have fallen; office management, however, refuses to fix them). The biggest joke is when you move out. They keep 75% of the deposit for "cleaning." WHAT cleaning'! When we moved in, we spent 2 days cleaning & left the apartment much cleaner than we found it. It's obvious these apartment "managers" are keeping the deposits & splitting it amongst themselves. Whenever you visit the office, they are usually sitting out front puffing on cigarettes. It was downright scary to live here. We laugh everytime we see that billboard, "Everything you need, we have." PUL-EEZ!!!!!!!!!! The apartments have one closet, so there is absolutely no room for clothes unless you own only two or three outfits.
