Nice Place I have shopped several apartment communities in Sherwood. The Links were highly reccommended, but the warm welcome and atmosphere at Park Crest was sincere and friendly. The units were much larger. I cant wait to move in. Thanks Apartment ratings!!!

New & Improved I am so excited to be a part of the wonderful changes at Park Crest Apartment. A few years earlier, I would not be saying any of this. Today that is not the case. This community seems to have improved tremendously. I have referred three of my co-workers since I moved in November

Watch out Although the apartments are a great place to live in, the managers like to look down at the people who live here. While there is one lady that works in the office that is nice and easy to deal with, the head manager is a stuck up snob, and makes you want to slap her.

Not highly recommened apartments! They will not prorate the if you move out before the 15th of the month. Meaning they require a full month of rent. Your deposit will not be returned upon moving out. You are not notified when the pest control comes around. There's no notification given when

Decent Place Poor Management The neighborhood is ok. My neighbors motorcycle was stolen out of the parking lot. In my opinion they charge too much for the small space they rent, and are very inflexable on the lease. Rent a house with your friends.
