They are lacking in professionalism. They list hours they are openand half the time you can't reach anyone. They change their hours of operation based on their personal needs and not the needs of the tenants. They switch summer hours and winter hours. They also change the hours the pool is open whenever they feel the need to. One of the perks was being able to use the gym and pool. However I still do not have a gym key and I have lived here for over 6 months. Recently there was a leak in my apartment and I reported it several times and they failed to do all the research the first time around and now the entire floor in both bedrooms are soaked. I have to wait three more days before they will get someone out here. They did not ofer to let me stay somewhere else. So I am stuck in my living room all weekend wiuth my 6 year old. I am disappointed in management and staff.
