I have lived here almost a year and I have not had any problems. My heat quit working in the middle of the night and maintenance came out within an hour and fixed the problem. My neighbors have kids and they act like kids but they have never messed with my car or stolen anything. My rent is reasonable and my apartment is pretty big for the price. I like all the amenities. The pool and fitness center are great. I'll renew my lease. The lake is nice too.
