If you are looking for a great apartment community in Northwest Arkansas then this is the one for you! I have lived here for 2 years now and I won't lie there have been ups and downs. They went through a management change and sold the property and since this happened it has been nothing less than wonderful. The office staff is what keeps me here. They are friendly and courteous and listen to what residents have to say. There isn't a pool or clubhouse here but they are going to start building one and that only adds to this fantastic community. I feel safe and content here and have no intentions of leaving anytime soon.
