I've lived here for over a year and the first few months were good, but after that, things have been going down hill steadily. I'm only reason I'm still living here is because the rent is reasonable. The staff is friendly, but the General Mgr was less than courteous when addressing my problems in the past and had shown little concern for the satisfaction of the tenants. Yes, she eventually resolved the problem, but it should've been dealt with in a more timely manner and with better communication. To make this short, I feel the management is poor, maintenance is very slow (probably under-staffed in this dept), landscape isn't maintained (they ignore that the shrubs have grown to almost cover the entrance way, making it difficult to walk on sidewalk w/out brushing into the shrubs and have covered up the handicap signs), and they never answer their phones.
