Best Little Place in Springdale - Great complex. Small so you don't feel crowded. Has a pool, work out room, tanning bed. Police Officers live here and their cars are always visible, so I feel safe. Just horrible - Plain and simple people.... Do not rent here. The office managers are so awful and unprofessional. I've had 2 vehicles broken into. Poor quality buildings. Going Downhill They seem to not care about the place anymore. Maintenance sucks, such as caulk around the bottom of the toilet instead of replacing the wax ring, weeds growing tall not cutting the grass. The apartments are very cheaply made also. I recommend looking elsewhere.
