Unless you like being stalked by a hurricane katrina victim who plays loud live jazz music from their apartment.... don't live here.

There was always trash in the grass, roaches coming through because of the lack of cleanliness from neighbors, loud music, fights, cars broken into.

These apartments were the worst ones I have ever lived in. I was absolutely scared at night walking into my building because of the large groups of people who would congregate in the parking lot. I was so scared in fact that I would call my male roommates and have them walk me to and from my car at night if I had to leave to go somewhere.

I could not even enjoy sitting on my porch smoking a cigarette in peace. My downstairs neighbor would stand out side and stare at me the whole time I smoked.

On our first day there we realized that the apartment complex did not put in new carpet like they had informed us we would have, the walls were not repainted, and parts of the apartment were DISGUSTING. There was even toothpaste left in the sink from the previous tenant.

I was under the impression that apartment complexes were required to clean the apartments before new tenants move in.

100% Agree, coming from an ex male tenant... safety was a major issue there.
