My husband and I moved in here March of 2007 and we were very unhappy until the new managment came in. They are giving lease violations to people who are loud and are kicking out the riftraft thank GOD. The apartments are BEAUTIFUL. They allow you to paint as long as when you move it back to the original color. They bend over backwards for me and my family. Sence we had moved in we had problems with roaches dues to nasty tenets they did a full inspection on everyones apartment in the building with a bug inspector and told the people to clean up or get out. Needless to say no more bugs. I am proud to live here. The community is become much much better. I would recommend them to anyone. I call about a problem in my apartment and within 30 mins they are at my door to fix it. WONDERFUL PEOPLE WONDERFUL SERVICE.

Glad to hear it's improved since I lived there 4 years ago. I loved my apartment and hated to move, but I no longer felt safe. People and kids outside hanging around, being noisy at all hours. Cars driving through with loud stereos booming. Children asking me for money when I go to check my mail, etc. Like I said, I loved my apartment.
