Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
Fox Creek apartments are decent, but they do have drawbacks that outweigh the positives.
Positives
-OK Price ( -$420/mo one bedroom)
-Good Size Rooms ( -750 sq.feet 1 bedroom)
-Good Parking (though not assigned)
-Washer/Dryer Connection (in kitchen and not enclosed)
-Close to Interstate 30, restaurants, and Wal-Mart
-Reasonably safe (I never had any problems)
Negatives
-NOISE (Kids, Cars that need maintenance, Trucks with loud diesel engines, everyone disregarding the speed bumps, and loud tenants)
-Older Apartments
-Very few amenities (Swimming Pool that I would not use, tennis court, and small, 3 washer laundry facility)
-Periodic inspections of your apartment
-Fire extinguisher mounted on living room wall (I removed mine)
-High Electric Bill
-upstairs apartments very hot causing the previous negative
