I have known the manager for a long time and she is great.

Apts are very nice and spacious maybe a little pricy but given the fact you dont pay water or have to maintain anything its fair.

The parking kinda sucks because its not assigned parking but most of the time its OK.

The noise is occasional but we do have to live and if you chosse to live in an apartment then you must know that some people are going to be louder than others.

My son plays outside all the time with no accidents.

There is an occasional driver speeding but thats everywhere you go.

My apt.

is well insulated my elec.

bill is within reason.
