Quill Creek is not Gehetto. They have a great maintenance and management staff. They work really hard at keeping things as they should be. Everyones not gonna be happy all the time, I think this property for it's age, is a nice place. When there has been not so favorable people move in, once management sees how they live, they are asked to move out. I don't have a problem with this property.
