I lived here for 8 months last year and loved it for the most part. It was always safe, clean and comfortable. The pool was great, teh golf course is great, the tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts are great. The sidewalks and the outside drive are great for walking yourself or your pets. The office staff was okay. They were always nice and getting the job done, but they could have gone the extra mile a few times. They throw parties for the residents and they are nice, they just don't seem to have enough time to talk to you or listen when you do have concerns. The only problem I had with The Links was the noise level. THere were always police there busting up parties and arresting people for drinking and underage drinking and loud noise. The fact that they rent to 4-18 year old who are out on their own going to college is the reason they have problem with kids. They are loud, drive too fast and rude. I remember one time, when I was getting home from work and taking my small children out the car, we walked up the sidewalk and they were two college kids peeing off the balcony to see how far they could make it. That is unacceptable and the manager's fault. Stuff like that shouldn't happen. If they would screen the teenagers a little more and make more visits to the apartments and check up on them, they wouldn't the problem they do now.
