I am displeased with the level of service provided by the links. The property gets a lot of renters from the fellows program and at least they could do is accommodate them when it comes to moving out. Instead they charge them for a full months rent (even if they move out on the 2nd of the month). I guess this offsets their previous non-refundable deposit scam, which was the reason why it was not endorsed by anybody from RRAD.
It doesn't matter if this place is the greatest place in TXK, be aware of the shady scams that go on here.
