just wanted to let everyone know that the links totally sucks. before we moved in, everyone was very nice and helpful, but now that we've been here over a year, they could care less. i called last nite to see if someone could fix my air (it was 80 degrees, eventhough the air had been running all day), so i call the manager. does she say we'll get right on it' NO. she says "well, it's pretty late (9), and we hate to call him. i'm sure we'll be able to get him here tomorrow." you know what' it's tomorrow. do you think it's fixed' no. i called at 6 when i got home to tell them it still wasn't fixed and they said, "well, he's supposed to be coming out here sometime..." I'M PREGNANT! i do not like to be hot!!!! plus, the dish washer doesn't get anything clean, if you pull the drawers out too far, they will never go back in, even if you live in the most expensive apartments (phase II facing the golf course) and OFFER to pay a pet deposit, they won't go for it, they tell you you can park in front to unload stuff, but if you get a ticket, it's your problem (and the cops said they have had to call the managers in for this). i called to complain on day b/c our neighbors had 8 large bags of trash in front of their apartment, and you know what they did' they came to the door, and DEMANDED to speak to my from my 6'3" 250lbs husband. he almost got his ass kicked. they're supposed to clean the carpet once a year, but they don't. while we were waiting to see if we were going to get a house in feb., once the end of march came, they said we had signed another year lease, when we hadn't signed anything and they knew we were planning on moving our and were gonna have to pay $1500 to break our lease!!! also, there are always guests parked in the resident spots. in case you haven't gotten the gist of this rating, DO NOT MOVE INTO THE LINKS!!!!!

since someone doesn't know what they are talking about...they only clean the carpet if you ask them, which i doubt you ever have done. Also the police do not write tickets for fire lanes...it's called the fire marshall, any person with common sense would know that. Also if you knew you were needing to move you might want to learn how to read your lease..seems like you never even thought of that. Overall the links is a great place to live. Have been living here for 2 years. Never had a problem with any of the staff, and Maintenance has always fixed my problems usually the same day. Would defiently recomend the links.

nope, not really, the links does suck a little. I have been here for two months and i am moving out. I am renting a furnished corporate apartment which is pretty expensive. While the parking is not a problem, the place stinks I think is the lake at the golf course, the hot water stinks, the cleaning lady never comes to clean, I called as soon as i moved because there were 4 light bulbs blown and the dryer never shuts off and they have never came to fix either, I put calls every two weeks for the same crap. they are nice at the office, but certainly not worth the 1400 dollars I pay a month.

Give me a break people clearly you have not owned your own anything. People amaze me, I it because of people like you theat the apartments get run down. Do u even pay your rent on time. I moved in 5 years ago, I am still here. I see so much that residents do around here that is alot worst,rude,loud,disrepectful. It is a courtesy for the apartments to get your carpets cleaned every year, did you read that in your lease or something? Clearly you did not read any of it. I read mine!
