Worst experience of my life - I was at Pecan ridge for about 9 months. The only good thing about the complex is the style of the apartments. Their furnished apartments are very nice, and roomy. The biggest problem with the apts would have to be the spiders, they were EVERYWHERE, and dont call maint. i was there and i couldnt tell you who maintence was because they never came.
