I have lived in this complex almost 3 years and am planning to buy a house in the next 3 months. I never thought it would be so complicated, they do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for you if you plan on buying a house. The cost to break the lease is more than just paying the remianing months. They also provide false information to mortgage companies regarding rental history -- HORRIBLE experience!!!

Unfair review--Everyone knows that when you sign a contract, it's binding for the period of time you promised to live there. Just like Management can't just raise your rent whenever they want because you're in a lease, you have to pay to the end of your lease because you agreed to. It isn't the apartment's fault that you don't want to fulfill your obligation.
