Some areas of the complex have parking problems, pay attention to the layout.
Garbage is also a problem in certain areas and there is NO recycling service, especially for cardboard! Seems like apartment people and also some management don't care about recycling.
I say management because if they did care there would be bins for recycling.
I hope AZ implements strict recycling laws like California.
Overall, the complex isn't that bad.
The construction leaves a bit to be desired due to the lack of energy efficient features, something that I will look forward to in the future.
'Build it cheap' must be the motto of the builders.
Access to the freeway is great and there is a movie theatre being built within walking distance.
Costco and gas stations are also being built close by.
I haven't lived there long enough to tell about rent increases, and hopefully I don't plan on finding out.
