I have not lived here but looked at these apartments over the weekend. I thought the people in the office were just horrible! I walked in and had someone with me to witness this...The girl in the office was on her cell phone when we walked in and we stood there for over 5 minutes waiting to be helped. Not once did she tell us that she would be right with us. Then once she got off the phone, I asked about a 1 bedroom and she said that she didn't know anything about them so I asked to see one. Also, she gave me a price that did not match their website OR the apartment guide. Her answer was "I don't know anything, I'm filling in". I was about to walk out and then the manager came out and explained the pricing to us and showed us an apartment. Even though she was A BIT nicer, she made me feel like I was putting her out by wanting to look at a 1 bedroom. This experience made me wonder .... if they are like this when you are looking, what are they like once you are a resident'!'!'!

Sometimes when there is a 'temp' filling in, it could be a confusing experience since she was probably reading the prices off of a price list- which by the way would NOT be including the current specials- which may differ from any publications. Those may be updated monthly, where as specials could change weekly or even daily. Also, keep in mind that if there is a 'temp' in the office, then obviously the office is short-staffed. Maybe you just caught them on a bad day as all of us have once in awhile. Maybe you should have given them the benefit of the doubt and gave them a 2nd try. |

I live at these apartment's and never had a problem. The people are nice in the morning on my way to my car everyone says hello and good morning. when i have a problem with my washer, dryer or etc they come quick and fix it. The staff is so nice, pool is alway's clean, these apartment are so quit. It's just a nice place to live.:)
