This complex is well run and kept up. I have not had any problems whatsoever in the 4 months I have been here. You may want to look at crime statistics for this complex, though. Check out the Avondale Police Dept. website, http://az-avondale.civicplus.com/index.asp'NID=345 , which shows a high rate of car theft for this complex. Rent a garage with your apartment and that should solve that problem.
