The concessions are nice and make the apartments affordable. We live on the 1st floor near the pool and have a bug problem-roaches, crickets and other black things. We have had them spray several times and spray ourselves. I don't think they spray enough outside (which you should do and they claim do monthly, but if that is so then a barrier should be formed) cause if you walk outside after dusk they scatter and our storage room is filled with bugs and their droppings. The garbage disposal is horrible and will scare you to death with its noise. You really hear the neighbors above you walk around, pets jumping, dishwasher, washer, dryer, etc. The previous writer wrote about the excessive stray cats- that is true but I haven't heard much about cars being stolen and we park outside all the time. The fitness room is very same and usually something is broken and it is located very poorly- outside the gates so at night safety is an issue though you need a key to get in. The gates work when they want to. There is a security guard to walks/bikes around occasionally, pool close at 10pm but people climb over all the time. The office staff says they will take care of something and never calls you back so you need to follow through. Would I stay here again- probably not. The bugs drives me crazy and the area isn't great but it's expanding. the maintenance staff do speak english but you need to really get on them- I had to have them come back to fix something they said they fixed but didn't and several things they just cleaned and said was fixed and was not.
