I do hope that the people that read these do consider the fact that people usually complain more than give praise.

I have been a resident at Aventura for over 3 years and think it has been great! I read other's complaints about parking, bugs, and car break ins but can honestly say I have ZERO complaints.

Arizona is rated #1 for car break in's, why assume any place is safe'' If i go to a grocery store, or to a mall or had a house with the car parked in the driveway I wouldn't assume it's safe either.

If there are noise complaints, they have a courtesy guy that lives on site to address it.

There are a TON of visitor parking spaces, at least they have them.

If they are not right in front of their apts, so be it, at least the residents have a place to park.

They do spray for bugs, at no charge, and dead bugs are a sign that it worked!! Safety-wise, again, how can anyplace guarantee safety.

The grounds are well lit, but I understand that light bulbs can go out at any time.

I put in a work order once about a light out and it was fixed the next night.

The landscapers are here on Tuesdays and keep the grounds 'well groomed'.

The one thing that might bother me is that the gates are opened at times but even if they were closed, anyone could still follow me in if they wanted.

It's just common sense!! The maintenance has been great...

Ricardo was so particular and cleaned up after himself, he even swept the leaves from outside the front door area as he left!!!
