I would not recommend this apartment complex. The management is very nice, but not helpful AT ALL. I think they try very hard, but when you ask them a question they don t know the answer to it seams they tell you whatever they THINK. This can be very costly when you ask for help understanding parts of your 15 page lease and it also means that if you ask the same question of multiple people you WILL get a different answer.

The parking is awesome; I don t know why people are complaining about that issue. You only get one spot, but that s true of almost anywhere. There are TONS of guest spots, so if you have a multiple car home it s not that much of an inconvenience. I only had one problem with parking, once I gave my 30 day notice to move out, one of the not-so-helpful office staff assigned my spot to another apartment. Honest mistake, I know, but while I was in the office trying to get the problem resolved, I clearly heard one of the office staff calling to tell the new tenant they had assigned them the wrong spot and subsequently come and tell me they had no idea what happened and then acted like it was my fault I let someone else park there.

Pools are great. I really like the maintenance staff. When you do have a problem, as long as the office lets them know, they are out within two days to fix it. The grounds are well kept everywhere, not just in the front in some of the other places I have seen.

Bugs are a huge problem!! (And this only seems to be a problem on the first floor, I have friends in the complex that have lived on the first and second floors that can attest to the fact its not that bad on the second floor at all) They can come out and spray at no cost to you, Tuesdays if you request it BUT I was there one of the days my unit was serviced and the guy squirted two little lines by the door and no where else. I requested a stronger service because the problem didn t seem to be getting any better, but was told bombing wouldn t help my problem and they could just spray every week if I wanted even with the very limited amount of chemicals that they used, I don t think all that in my place can be healthy for me and my son. (And in regards to peoples defense of if you see the dead bugs, its working that s all well and good, but coming home Tuesday evenings to dispose of 10-15 dead cockroach corpses isn t my idea of fun, nor do I think that means its working )

Overall, the prices are okay. Not cheap so most of the tenants are very nice and respectful, but not too expensive and all. The only way I would recommend this complex is if you work at any of the local businesses within minutes that may be enough reason to put up with the office staff.
