We have lived in these apartments for two years and we are counting the days to leave. It WAS a great, great community, but since has since spiraled down the drain. The main pool and one of the spas have been broken for about five months with no rush or attempt to fix them... and the rates we are paying for our unit is DRASTICALLY different from a number of other tenants weve spoke to, (as in a $300-$400 difference for the same unit) as if there is no consistancy. The front office went from being very friendly when you first move in, to now seemingly irritated by any questions or calls you make to them. Management is also very unorganized with tracking paperwork- they screwed up everything from how many people we had on our lease, to the actual lease-dates 3 months off, along with an "unknown credit" for our pet deposit I had been paying for 5 months until they finally realized they never updated our file that we have a dog. The parking is still an issue, if someone is in your assigned spot (which is common) you'll enjoy the scenic walk from where you need to leave your car on the opposite side of the building.... We even had our new car smashed in about two weeks ago while parked overnight in our spot and the front office could give a **** less to help out in ANY way. All theyve done in the past 7 months is attract a large crowd of young renters who tear up the pool areas, without enforcing any complaints... and then close everything down because of it, leaving the rest of their tenants to "suck it up and deal". We are not renewing our lease next month, and definetly would not recommend this place to anyone we know... lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
