Lower your standards if you want to live here !!! I have lived here for almost 2 years because of my financial situation. If you like seeing rednecks without their shirts on while working on their cars, walking 1/2 mile to do laundry, and loud booming parties every weekend, then this is the place for you. Don't be fooled by the price because you must add an additonal $ 20-30/month for laundry. Watch where you step because this place is doggie friendly with a dog park. (By the way this place is not children friendly as they tore down the playground for the doggie park) Also there are no side walks. Hope you have a big heart to feed the many stray cats. Please take my advice friends, don't swim in the pool unless you want a rash because dirty people use it as their bathtub. Come monsoon season, better hope you have high tires, because this place floods every time it rains!!! (I have seen water over the tires of cars in the parking lot.) Females beware, there is a strange older man that lives here that waits for women to walk outside so he can talk to them. (chest hair and gold chain...ewwww!!!) I am a woman and I don't feel safe walking here at night - a lot of men will stare you down. On the upside the staff and maintenance are nice and they are repainting the buildings. Apartment have good sized bedrooms.
