The apartment management is out of control. Parking is a serious mess - Even after they tried to fix it. You?re forced to park in dark areas where high car theft happens regularly. You complain about someone parking in your spot and they say they can't do anything about it unless the person does it during normal business hours. The customer service is horrible. If you?re told you?re going to get a call back - DON'T BELIEVE IT. Overall the apartments are run down for the amount of rent you pay. The office staff is NOT friendly and will NOT attend to your request as expected. I highly recommend you consider finding an alternate place to live until they work out their management problems.
