Although it is too expensive for the de Janeiro unit, this was a great community to live in. Shopping is right there and so is 101. The pool was too hot in the summer because they kept heating it at night (and the swim "curfew" if still in effect is not good) but very pretty and well kept. I loved walking the grounds there, it was very pretty. The utility "room" was too small for the price but the bathrooms are nicely sized. All new everything, it's a nice and well constructed community.
