As with every other place, u should take it in stride and check the place out instead of takin other people's word for it but this place is in a PERFECT location. Walking distance of Walmart, Fry's (supermarket, not the electronics store), PetSmart, and In N Out burger. Awesome location. Walmart is RIGHT next to the on/offramp. Before I got here, I was warned about the theft. Me and my roommate both have motorcycles and were very cautious and bought a THICK chain and BIG padlock. We chained our rear tires together and we've been slacking lately but its really safe here. THere's a motorcycle across the way and I havent seen him ride it since I got here a month and a half ago. The complex is pretty quite, no one really plays outside and the parties are pretty limited. Im a student myself and its a great place to stay.
