We have never had any problems here. They have assigned parking which is great. There are also a ton of open space parking. The building we are in is very quiet. No loud music. They are very pet friendly here with doggie bags placed is stratigic lawn areas to help you clean up after your pet. Sure the kitchens are a little small, but its an apt. We had the Rio Penasco setup, and were easily able to get 2 people in there. One doing dishes while the other cooked. They come with Washer and Dryers, tons of storage space, wide open floor plan, and since the management change, they have been REALLY on top of things. Great place to live if you are here temporarily to find a new home, or if you happen to be going to school. I would recommend it!
