When me and my wife first moved in this place was amazing - well in comparison with our previous apartment. The pool didn't have a curfew, everything was brand new, the neighborhood was quiet, there was a washer and dryer in the unit, and it was a fairly large apartment for its price. About 6 months into living here some very noisy neighbors moved in down stairs, and when we told the management about the problem they took care of it. We were impressed. Since then management has changed at least 7 times. Each time it has changed it seems that the management speaks less and less english and also cares less and less. For instance, we had another set of noisy neighbors move in down stairs again, and when we told the management they basically told us to deal with it. We ended up having to call the Avondale Police several times until the problem was resolved.
In consclusion with the way things are now - don't even bother relying on the management - if you have a problem call the police or move out.
