With the criminal record of these apartments, I would never sign a lease here again. I have witnessed DEA agents coming to the apartments and performing a drug bust on some occupants. I have also seen car windows broken and vehicles broken into. But recently the thing that irritates me the most is that I am breaking contract due to military move, which is allowed and in the contract. I am moving out before the middle of the month and am still having to pay a full month which will not be refunded. When I moved in, rent was prorated to the day I moved in. Paying a full month and not being there is Rio Santa Fe making over $400 extra that goes to their pockets. I do not recommend and I highly encourage living elsewhere.
