I started renting here two years ago ,and this is how hard up they are for money: I have never been late for rent, and I was $11.00 short for rent, but only because they told me the wrong amount being owed , that they left me a not on my door, saying that if it wasn't paid by the 1st that they would not accept June 1st, rent!! PATHETIC , HUH?
If they are that hard up for money, i do not want to be anywhere close to this place again!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!

I completely agree with this person. I have been living there a year and completely hate it. It is filthy, they have a rude staff, especially the blonde who was pregnant a few months back. Why have they not fired her yet? There is only one person on the PEM team that is worth while....he does a great job. Lousy maintenance, horrible dishwashers, and rent is too expensive for what you get. Nice paint inside apartments but that is it. Cars are always being broken into and there is said to be "security"...yeah right!!! Take it from all of these people on here....DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! If you have to extend your lease ...it's such a hassle.
