i rented here in 2008 when we first came in we felt a bad vibe from the staff but just went with it and rented..i learned my lesson. Where do i start okay first off customer service does not exist here the staff is purly rude from the main manager to the grounds keepers. When we first moved in the rooms were poorly painted, the faucet in the shower had a major leak the first week we moved in. we were told that we were getting a microwave when we signed the lease..never happened. The dryer would ruin my kids clothes it would get caught and leave permanet black markings, and the dryer made a very loud squeeky sound that you could here throughout are apartment. I called to get it looked at they let it run for like a min and they said nothing was wrong with it. Even though the dryer needs to run for a couple of min then it starts to squeek they said from what it sounds it doesnt. Its like they wanted to be in and out. They made it seem like it was a nuisence when its there job anyways there was poop always on the floor cause there never no bags, my upstair neighbohrs had parties literally every weekend no joke the office didnt do nothing except tell us to make a police complaint. When we moved out we were making trips back and forth taking things well when we went back the next day a number of things where stolen the only people who had keys was the office staff...they stole my daughters infant clothes, a huge collection of baseball cards, are computer, a knife set, some of my clothes and other things. They even had the nerve to leave there coffee mug in the apartment i mean hello obviously someones been there. When we went to the office they told us do we have photo proof that the items where there, of course we didnt cause we didnt see a reason too. Bottom line dont sign the lease looks are deceiving spend your money somewhere else feel your instinct do your research...you want the best for your loved ones and im gonna be honest with you its not here. thanks for reading hope it helps out

AMEN!!!!!!!! It shouldn't be this way but the person who wrote this is telling the truth. They are just overall horrible!!
