This place is terrible! The staff is unfriendly and just plain mean. Everytime I've tried to get help from them they are short and seem put out by the thought that they might have to give customer service. They've lost rent money from me and came back asking for more than what was owed! RUN RUN RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!

I GUESS THESE APARTMENTS ARE JUST NEVER GOING TO GET BETTER!!! I LIVED HERE ABOUT 4 YEARS AGO AND DURING THE SUMMER THE A.C. BROKE!!! IT TOOK THEM LIKE 2 WEEKS TO FIX IT BY THE WAY I HAD MY NEW BORN BABY THERE BUT THEY JUST KEPT SAYING IT WAS FIXED THEN A DAY LATER IT WOULD BRAKE AGAIN!!!!! ALSO WHEN WE FIRST MOVED IN THE APARTMENT WAS NEVER CLEANED AND THE ONLY THING THEY DID WAS GIVE A 50.00 DISCOUNT! THAT SEEMS PRETTY DECENT BUT JUST SO YOU KNO THE APARTMENT WE GOT HAD BEEN RAIDED SO THE DOOR WAS BROKEN AND THERE WERE HOLES EVERYWHERE AND THE TOILET WAS BROKEN!! SO I TOTALLY AGREE WITH EVERYONE THAT SAYS THESE APARTMENTS ARE SO FILTHY!!!!

I totally agree with everyone here, these apartments are filthy and the management is even worse. She is the fakest ----- ever, actually PEM the company itself is bogus....
