the theme of all the post has something to do with RUN... can we say "disgruntled employee"??? anyway. i live at Rio and i have NEVER ever had a problem. the only reason that im on this site is because im moving back to phoenix and i was curious to see how this place rated. I live in a one bedroom. Perfect size and super affordable. the apartments in Phoenix are so small and lots of $$$. Like i said. I never had any problems and the staff was always professional. Its called pay your rent on time and read your contract and you wont have any problems. Seem pretty commen sense to me.

Seriously? There is no way you haven't had a problem if you are a real person! This place and anyone I have ever known that has lived in it during my stay or after my stay has had the same experiences. Then again, since you can't even spell common, you probably aren't smart enough to know when someone is screwing you over!
